A great place to get Mexican food. Their specials are our favorites. Decent salsa, great service. Antonio does it right.

Been hearing how awesome they food was so I took family to eat here on Saturday . Was disappointed! We were first ones there when it opened. Beef tasted like yesterday's reheated beef. Like it had been sitting in steamer getting warm. Absolutely no flavor to it. Service was excited. The guys were we professional and were very curious . Will try this place out again and see if food is better. Heard to many good things about this place. Maybe try throughout week during lunch time. Will change rating accordingly to match my next experience when I go.

I have to wonder how some can even give this 4 stars or more. I can only speculate. In any event, the only positives I can come up with is that the Pacifico was nice and cold and our server was very friendly. The salsa tastes like tomato puree out of a can. The guacamole resembles "Wholly Guacamole" from the store. Not made fresh there for sure. The entree portions are nice but the flavor of the meats was lacking and they were on the chewy side as well. Oh and their tortillas are also not made there. They are definitely packaged. Yes the prices are very reasonable but, unfortunately, in this case, you get what you pay for. Sorry, we won't be back and we can't recommend it to others.

Love this place. I am there once or twice a month. Everything I have tried is good, not all great, but everything is worth the cost! For cheap Mexican with great and friendly service, you can't beat Chilango's. I have never had a bad experience.

We eat here almost every week. The prices are great and the food is even better. The staff are always friendly and are never short on smiles. The service is quick and the cuisine is authentic. Each day they have one entree on special so if you are in a rut or just can't decide what you want, the daily special is sure to please. Kid friendly and mmm mmm good.

Friendly staff and fast service. Always clean environment. The food quality is consistent with every visit. My husband enjoys the chili rellanos and I like the variety of enchiladas.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque.
